When our clients are looking for the “wow” factor or when additional immersion is important for a project, we develop interactive 3D applications, integrated with immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR).

VR is fantastic when you need a user to be fully immersed within a virtual world and where viewing and interacting with things at scale is beneficial. An example of this would be having a trainee carrying out a dangerous training task with a piece of large equipment. In VR they can see the equipment at scale whilst also being able to navigate around and interact with it in a way that is closer to how they would in reality. This would not be possible if they were carrying out the same scenario on a PC or tablet.
Take a look at our “Rail VR” project for Transport for London as an example.
VR is also particularly effective when you want to gain valuable stakeholder feedback on the design of a space, for example a vehicle cabin or a new control room. Stakeholders can trial designs and test out the ergonomics cost effectively to ensure the layout works and the design is optimised.
